Our clientsHealthcare division has seen excellent growth over the last few years, and they now require a Senior Architect who is capable of leading schemes with a value of over £20m.
To be considered for this position, as an Architect you must be able to demonstrate an experience of working on Healthcare projects, including Hospitals, both refurb and new build, and specific areas of Hospital areas, i.e. surgical units, wards, theatres etc.
You will need to be a Pt 3 qualified Architect, who has workedat^a senior level managing projects aswell as teams of Technicians and Assistants. You will need to be able to have client facing skills, where great communication skills both written and verbally are an absolute must. You must also have the confidence^to represent the company at interviews and meetings.
