Our client is one of the UKs leading timber frame manufacturers with a good reputation for the design and production of timber frames used in a wide variety of sectors, including Education, Retail, Healthcare, Residential, Leisure, Commercial and Infrastructure developments.
Due to the on-going success of the business our client is looking to strengthen the design team, by appointing a new Architect. The Architect will have to have experience of projects which have used timber frames, coupled to the ability to meet with clients face to face, and also work as part of a close knit team.
As an Architect it is essential that you are pt 3 qualified, with experience of producing concept designs, and detailed working drawings, and managingprojects on-site, all with a timber framed aspect on the project.
You will need to be able to produce drawings using CAD, and have an input into team meetings, and client development.
