Our client is a family run private company who specialise in the development of bespoke one-off properties. Based in the heart of London, the majority of their portfolio of properties are built in the city area.
Due to the organic growth of the business over the past 10 years, the company is now in a position to recruit a team of staff to continue the success and on going development of the company.
Our client would like to appoint an Architect who has experience of working on bespoke properties, but who can also lead a team. You will be employed in the capacity of Team Leader, responsible for all tender stage drawing packages.
As a qualified Architect you must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Residential projects in particular, one-off bespoke houses to a value of over £1m.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years PQE, the majority of which has been spent within the Residential market. It is essential that have the experience to manage and lead a team of Assistants and Technicians and be able to delegate work effectively to members of your team.
You will have first hand experience of working on Residential projects at tender stage, coupled to a thorough working knowledge of CAD.
