Our client is an well known Architectural practice in the South East who has been planning. Designing and facilitating Architectural projects since 1977. The companies portfolio covers Leisure, Retail, Conservation, Education and Healthcare developments all over the UK.
Due to developing sound relationships with their clients, the practice continues to win work, even in these uncertain times and they now require a qualified Architect to assist with running these new projects.
Our client is looking for a qualified Architect, who can demonstrate the ability to design and manage projects to completion. Someone who is able to represent the practice to clients in the Public and Private sectors. An Architect who can lead a team of Architectural Assistants and Technicians, and delegate effectively, to ensure that the project is completed within the agreed timescales and budgets.
As an Architect you will have experience of working in different sectors, your freehand and drawings skills will be very good, as will your project management abilities. You must be approachable and able to lead a team and show commitment and dedication at all times.
This position offers the right individual the chance to become overall partner of the company, where you will be able to grow and develop the company further. This would suit someone looking for a more relaxed pace of life, but who could bring with them exceptional talent and experience.
