Registration is simple and requires an initial chat on the telephone to make sure we understand the candidates requirements, and to qualify their experience. Then, whenever possible, we will meet the candidate for a face to face interview, to discuss these requirements in more detail. Sometimes it is not possible to meet candidates and we will then have a thorough in-depth conversation on the telephone.

Once we have established our candidates needs, we forward by E-mail or discuss on the phone, whatever is the preferred choice, details of our clients who meet the prerequisites of the candidate. Once the candidate has choosen who they would like to see, we call the client and speak to the decision maker, thus avoiding the need to mailshot CVs, and whom we can sell in a more efficient manner. Once interviews have been arranged we will provide the candidate with all the information they need, ensuring that they are fully prepared, giving them the greatest opportunity to have a successful interview. All candidates are fully supported through the interview process to offer stages and we will negotiate the best possible offer on your behalf.
